GAME OBJECTIVE

Each
team consisting of 12 members will choose one (1) member of their team
to be the VIP. Their goal is to protect the VIP from getting hit while
guiding him/her to the VIP area located at the center of the game site.
The team that can accomplish their goal first regardless of how many
players hit will acquire 100 points and will win the game instantly.
However, failure to carry out the objective will result to a headcount
to each team. The team with the most number of players after the eight (Cool
minute game will be declared the winner. A VIP declared hit is
equivalent to four (4) players. Deductions will be made from the total
number of players left after the game.


GAME RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Marshal’s decision is final.
2.
All shots will be counted as hit and you must call yourself out.
Eliminated players should raise both hands and remove you from the
playing area and proceed to designated teams “DEAD BOX”.
3. RICOCHET, GUN HIT, In between the drums is not counted.
4. Any player who assumes the posture of an eliminated player or calls “HIT” is automatically eliminated.
5. Any player who continues to play after being called “HIT” will be warned and will be given a yellow card.
6. DEADMAN do not talk.
7.
When a player is called “HIT,” he may leave his rifle and magazines
where he was exactly being hit and maybe used by his teammates.
8. No weapon\tools of any kind are allowed inside the playing field other than AEG. Doing so will be given a yellow card.
9. Each player is allowed to carry one (1) rifle and one(1) pistol. No grenade launcher, No smoke grenade, No CO2 powered guns.
10.
Only three (3) standard high-capacity magazines are allowed in the
paying field. Each team will be allowed to use one (1) box magazine.
M4-3 mag
MP5-6 single mag or 3 twin mag
AK-3 mag
11. Refiller bottles are not allowed in the playing field.
12.
Each player must wear protective gears, full face mask and vest. Incase
of injury during game play, medics are around the playing field to give
first aid treatments.
13. Removing of mask inside the playing field will be penalized.
14.
No alcoholic drinks allowed during the tournament. Immediate
disqualification will be enforced. Intoxicated players are
automatically disqualified.
15. All guns AEG’s will be chronographed before each game. FPS Limit: 450 FPS at 0.20 and 0.25BB’s. No metal BB’s.
16. No electronic communication devices will be allowed on the field.
17. Violent behavior is not allowed.
18. Players below 18 years old must present a waiver signed by his/her parent guardian.




PENALTIES

In
order for us to have a better and clean game, penalties are enforced
during the competition. A Yellow card is given to a player who will
violate these rules. Once a player is given two (2) yellow cards,
he/she will be out of the entire competition and the team will have to
use their reserve player to replace the eliminated player. The yellow
cards of each player in a team will be accumulated, once a team has a
total of four (4) yellow cards, the team will automatically be
disqualified and out of the competition.

1. Removal of MASK/GOGGLES inside the playing field.
2. Obvious hit but still continues to play.
3. Arguing w/ Marshall after a warning.
4. Using foul language during the game.
5. Showing unsportsmanlike conduct.
6. Mag out rule violation.
7. Bringing in tools that can be used as a deadly weapon is strictly prohibited.
8. Coaching from eliminated players, spectators bystanders.
9. No blind firing.
10. Shooter calling opponent out.


THE ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE RULES AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE FORMAT OF THE TOURNAMENT AS THEY SEE FIT.

The
tournament will have a maximum of 40 competing teams. First come-first
serve basis. Special courtesy will be given to teams not from Ilocos
Norte. These teams will be given priority for their effort in coming
here to participate in the tournament.

Registration fee will be Php 3,500.00 per team inclusive of tournament fee, lunch and water.

Start of registration will be on May 26, 2008. Final day for confirmation will be on June 20, 2008.

Payments
can be made on or before the tournament date. Teams that plan on paying
on June 28, 2008 must have prior coordination with the organizers.

Tournament format will be divisional round robin and the winners in each division will be in a knock out system.

Each team will have 12 players with 2 substitutes.

Team barracks will be beside the game site.

Players are advised not to carry their weapons outside the Cultural Center. Mag out rule is strictly implemented.










PRIZES

CHAMPION – Php 10,000.00 with trophy and certificate
1st Runner Up- Php 5,000.00 with trophy and certificate
2nd Runner Up- Php 3,000.00 with trophy and certificate

Certificate of Participation will be given to each participating teams.

Special awards will be given to:

Best in AEG
Best in BDU.
Fastest Time.
Fastest time in Eating Empanada.
